We have added a 5k to our already awesome day!

The race starts at 10,  which will leave you guilt  free to enjoy the wine and BBQ the rest of the day. 

 

The Official Annoucement... 

The Autumnfest 5K is a new event for Autumnfest in Woodstock, Virginia. Designed to give you a lip lickin', banjo pickin', wine sippin' good time, this event will feature a Kansas City Sanctioned BBQ contest, bluegrass bands, a business expo, arts and crafts, wineries, and brews, and much more. 

What's Included...
Autumnfest 5K participants will receive a free $15- 5 Tasting Ticket entry into the festival (guests may purchase tickets online or at the gate). Runners and walkers will receive a performance gender-specific shirt, commemorative tasting glass, and free entry into Autumnfest. A post-race awards ceremony will take place before gates open; the festival is from 12 pm until 5 pm, rain or shine.    

Registration...

$20 - Age 15 and under (after 9/30, not guaranteed a shirt)

$30 - Age 16 and older - through September 29 
$40 - Age 16 and older - September 30 through race day (not guaranteed a shirt)
 

If inclement weather (e.g. thunderstorm/lightning), race day will be Sunday, October 16. Please make sure you can make both dates, as there are no refunds.

 

Participants that register early are guaranteed a shirt; late and race day registrants are not. Please register early to ensure a shirt.

The Course…
The out and back 5K course will start and end at Fairview Park, and offers a mixture of mountain views and residential neighborhoods, with a country field surrounding the historic Mary E. Wetzel house and farmstead.
